Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Royal Tour In Africa

The Royal Tour is not a holiday. The agenda is full of speeches, presidential audience and ambassador reception. Often, the problematic royal family packs together four public events of the day. The upcoming trip to Africa by Prince Harry and Megan Marker is no exception.

The master plan includes Prince Harry, Megan Marker and Archie to arrive in Cape Town, South Africa. After a few days there, Harry will travel to Malawi, Angola and Botswana alone, and then reunite with his family in South Africa. (It’s not clear whether baby Archie will show up in person, but according to a royal source, Harry and Megan “hope to include Archie at some point in the plan.”)

Below is the complete itinerary of the royal couple.

September 23: Cape Town, South Africa
Prince Harry and Megan Marker will begin their tour of Cape Town, South Africa. They will stop before the workshops for children, educate them about “rights, self-awareness and safety” and teach young girls self-defense skills focused on self-authorization.

Later, the royal couple will visit the Sixth County Museum, which commemorates the communities that were forced to move during the apartheid period. After that, Meghan and Harry ended the day at the hometown, where they will participate in community cooking activities with the residents of the former sixth district.
September 24th: Cape Town, South Africa
The Duke and Duchess will start their day at Monwabisi Beach and meet with Waves for Change, a charity that works with local surfers to provide mental health support to young people. They will also meet with the Lunch Box Foundation, which provides daily meals for South African schoolchildren and the Waves for Change program. (The devout Royal Observer will remember that the Lunch Box Foundation is one of the organizations that Megan and Harry invited fans to donate to commemorate the birth of the child.)

In connection with their work with the Commonwealth, the royal couple will then meet with Dr. Thomas Metz. Dr. Thomas Metz was the head of the Commonwealth Pig Program launched last year at the Commonwealth Summit in London.

Then, Harry put himself in a position to perform the duties of the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Marine Corps. The Duke will travel with the Cape Town Marine Authority to learn how the organization is fighting abalone poaching. Later, Meghan will once again visit Bo Kaap with him to celebrate Heritage Day. The two will see the country's oldest mosque, the Orval Mosque, and drink tea with local residents. The reception of the British High Commissioner’s residence will end on the day.
